Payroll Specialist

Summary

The Payroll Specialist position at NeuraFlash involves processing payroll for US and Canadian-based employees, managing tax notifications, maintaining payroll records, balancing accounts, and assisting the Finance team with monthly billing. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in processing payroll, knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping is a plus, and familiarity with ADP WFN payroll system and Quickbooks are preferred. Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in processing payroll; at a global level is a plus
• Experience with handling payroll tax notices
• Produce payroll reporting

Responsibilities

• Process the payroll for the US and Canadian-based employees
• Manage the state, local, and provinces payroll tax notifications
• Maintain the payroll records and employee salary databases
• Balance payroll accounts
• Work on other non-payroll related tasks, including assisting the Finance team with the monthly billing function

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the ADP WFN payroll system
• Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus
• Spanish speaking a plus
