Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Rippling payroll software is required
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws, deductions, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees using Rippling while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain payroll records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, employee inquiries, and system-related issues
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to manage deductions, benefits, and compensation adjustments
• Prepare payroll reports and ensure proper documentation for audits
• Stay up to date with payroll regulations, tax compliance, and labor laws
• Assist in payroll system configurations and process improvements within Rippling
