This exciting opportunity allows you to process GP and in-house payrolls, maintain accurate payroll records, and support the UKI Payroll Ops team. You will be responsible for statutory filing requirements, payroll approvals, and maintaining the Zendesk ticket queue. The ideal candidate possesses experience with in-house payroll processing for UK&I, knowledge of payroll best practices, and proficiency in software tools like SAP and Excel/Google Sheets. Requirements

• Experience with in-house payroll processing for UK&I
• Knowledge of payroll best practices
• Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheet

Responsibilities

• Process GP and in-house payrolls, statutory filing requirements and payroll approvals
• Update and maintain accurate payroll records
• Support the UKI Payroll Ops team with admin related tasks
• Maintain Zendesk ticket queue
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers
• Pension uploads
• Responsible for ensuring full data integrity
• Be able to build processes from ground up and focus on continuous improvement
