Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of related experience
• High School diploma
• Computer Skills; Microsoft Office product, especially Excel
• Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) and/or PEO experience
• Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities; expertise in building and maintaining business relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Process and deliver customer payrolls, garnishments, employee maintenance, timesheet consolidation in a timely and accurate manner
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide services according to the Bureau Service Definition and Service Level Agreements
• Address and resolve complex payroll issues
• Ensure adherence to intricate payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• Conduct detailed audits to identify and correct errors or discrepancies in payroll data
• Generate detailed payroll reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations
• Perform special payroll-related projects such as system upgrades, process improvements, or policy changes
• Manage escalated employee issues or concerns that require deeper investigation and resolution
