Summary

The job is for a Client Support Specialist in the Payroll Product team at BambooHR. The role involves supporting clients, troubleshooting payroll-related issues, and helping clients integrate and utilize the software effectively. Requirements

• Passion for customer care and have the ability to champion high levels of client satisfaction
• Desire to learn payroll (if you already have some payroll experience, we have a place for you too!)
• Articulate and concise in both written and oral communication
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Tech-savvy (you’ll need to become familiar with a lot of different software)
• Ability to shift between tasks with ease
• Ability to type 60+ words per minute
• Ability to attend training from 8:00am-5:00pm in person, M-F (MST). After which the schedule would be 9am-6pm, M-F (MST)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional email and phone support for customers that love our software
• Provide solutions to questions regarding deductions, garnishments, the BambooHR payroll software, etc
• Research solutions to challenging problems our clients face
• Help clients integrate and utilize the software in the best way possible
