Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for P&C processes and projects for assigned team, improvement, job documentation, and more
- Monitor People & Culture inbox and respond to inquiries
- Provide recruiting support, including posting job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Drive the new hire onboarding process, including serving as new hire liaison for both employees and managers, triggering all onboarding systems, sending communications, supporting new hire orientation, and completing I9 verifications and background checks
- Process employee exits, including sending all communications, updating P&C systems, scheduling exit interviews, and analyzing exit survey data
- Create and send employee change documentation, partner with Payroll Team and Business Partners to ensure timely processing, and accurately manage personnel files within HRIS
- Complete all employment verifications and unemployment claims
- Create and distribute reports for assigned
- Assist in organizing and executing inclusive company events including community service events and other team building events (virtual and in-person)
- Remain updated on P&C Market trends and employment laws to ensure compliance with applicable local, state and federal regulations
- May include required travel including attending in person career fairs
