People Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a People Analyst and support various People Team and business-wide processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data reporting, develop and maintain processes and tools.

Requirements

• Familiarity with HRIS tools: Workday, Greenhouse
• Familiarity with additional tools: Airtable, Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of recruiting, feedback, and performance management processes and systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse partners throughout the organization
• A proven track record of process improvement and documentation experience
• Ability to effectively prioritize and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
• A commitment to and track record of delivering high touch, world class service to internal and external customers
• Must handle sensitive information with the strictest confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with members of the People Team to provide data/analytics support for the business
• Develop data reports with analysis
• Support People Team tools (Airtable)
• Develop user documentation and training materials, write reports to support ad-hoc queries, perform data audits
