You will be responsible for shaping the internal operations data strategy, acting as a data steward for HR-related data, and implementing and optimizing HRIS processes. You will design and deploy dashboards and analyses to support strategic decision-making, challenge existing processes, and create data-driven solutions. This role requires strong data analysis skills, experience with HRIS tools, and the ability to manage cross-functional projects. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in data/ops, business intelligence, or transformation consulting (ideally in a tech, scale-up, or consulting environment)
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with a passion for analysis, automation, and continuous process improvement
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, interfacing with diverse teams
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools, and databases
  • Comfortable working with complex datasets, structuring reporting, and delivering analysis to varied audiences
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and able to quickly ramp up on new topics (not necessarily an HR background)
  • Fluent in French and English

Responsibilities

  • Shape and drive the internal operations data strategy (People, Finance, Ops), ensuring data reliability, consistency, and value-added exploitation
  • Act as a data steward for all HR-related data: structure, maintain, and ensure the quality and integrity of people data across all HR systems and processes
  • Lead or support the implementation and optimization of HRIS processes, workflows, and data flows (e.g., onboarding, off-boarding, organizational changes, internationalization, etc.), collaborating with stakeholders to ensure robust and scalable solutions
  • Design and deploy advanced dashboards and analyses to support strategic decision-making (organizational structure, headcount, international growth, operational performance, etc.)
  • Challenge existing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and propose and implement data-driven or automated solutions
  • Own recurring and ad hoc reporting for leadership teams: headcount, mobility, performance, compensation, compliance, etc. (including legally required reporting such as BDESE, Gender Equality Index, and more)
  • Work closely with TA, HRBP and Dev teams to align our internal practices with best-in-class data/ops standards (data governance, data quality, automation)
  • Foster a data-driven culture within the People & Ops teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with HRIS tools and the implementation or optimization of HR processes is a strong advantage
