Summary

Join Radformation, a company revolutionizing cancer care through automated treatment planning software, as their People & Talent Partner. You will play a crucial role in shaping the company culture and building a collaborative team. Responsibilities include managing job postings and candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to refine job requirements, serving as a point of contact for candidates, supporting onboarding, assisting with internal communications, and coordinating employee engagement activities. This role offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR, contributing directly to improving cancer care. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and communication skills, is collaborative and proactive, and has 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. This is a fully remote position.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate processes, and meet deadlines across recruiting and people initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear, timely, and professional interactions to candidates, hiring managers, and employees
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven, able to partner effectively across teams and contribute to a positive, engaging experience for candidates and employees alike
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on continuous improvement and scalable processes
  • Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail in handling sensitive information, internal communications, and logistics
  • Comfortable working with ATS platforms, HR systems, and communication tools (such as Google Workspace, Lever, and Lattice), with a willingness to quickly learn new systems
  • Motivated to build foundational experience across Talent Acquisition and HR, with a commitment to supporting a strong, connected company culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR coordination, or People Operations roles, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer processes
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with Lever is a bonus) and comfort working with HR systems and tools
  • Strong interest in building a career in HR, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations within a mission-driven organization

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination through Lever , ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and move candidates smoothly through each stage of the process
  • Serve as a friendly, organized point of contact for candidates, keeping communication clear, timely, and personal
  • Support onboarding logistics and help create memorable first days that set new hires up for success
  • Assist with internal communications, engagement initiatives, and People programs that build connection and culture as we grow
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement activities, such as internal surveys, team events, and recognition programs
  • Help gather and track employee feedback to inform People initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience recruiting for the oncology , healthcare , and SaaS industries
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology and software solutions for radiation oncology
