Join Prolific, a leader in AI human data infrastructure, as a People and Talent Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will play a key role in scaling the People and Talent teams by managing HR programs and initiatives focused on attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent. This involves partnering with the People and Talent team on various projects, reviewing and improving HR processes, analyzing data to drive initiatives, and leading change management efforts. You will also act as an HR Business Partner, manage employee relations, lead performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Requirements

  • Proven track record in designing, managing, and executing complex projects in various people fields (organizational design, workforce planning, talent metrics) leading strategic HR initiatives, including change management and leadership development programs
  • Experience across multiple sizes of business, including start-up/scale-up environments
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to influence and drive decision-making
  • Resilience and adaptability in leading projects through periods of growth, change, or uncertainty with a proactive approach to solving challenges and ensuring business continuity
  • Strong change management skills, with the ability to lead cultural transformation and implement company changes while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to balance both strategic and operational responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the People and Talent team to project manage programs that are specific to Prolificโ€™s business needs. Projects will include key organisational and talent development spaces such as workforce planning and organizational health
  • Partner with the People Leadership to review and evolve the execution and operation of core HR practices and processes (e.g., compensation planning, performance management)
  • Measure and analyze people and talent data to develop initiatives that add value to the business and contribute to the wider business's success
  • Manage large-scale change initiatives, including organizational design, team restructures, and leadership transitions, ensuring minimal disruption and strong communication across teams
  • Act as a strategic partner to different business units, supporting them with tailored people strategies and helping teams achieve their goals while maintaining a cohesive, company-wide approach to people management
  • Manage complex and high-impact employee relations issues, offering guidance on disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance improvement plans
  • Lead the development and implementation of performance management programs, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and a feedback-rich culture
  • Act as a mentor and coach to leadership, supporting leadership development initiatives, and driving succession planning and performance
  • Bring Prolificโ€™s people strategy to life through your interactions and actionable HR policies and procedures. This includes ensuring that legal requirements are met and that Prolific has fair and equitable policies in place
  • Ensure compliance with UK, US, and EU employment laws, identifying potential risks and advising on proactive solutions to mitigate these risks
