Summary
Join dLocal's People team as a People Business Partner, supporting the Operations division and driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. You will partner with leaders, manage talent and performance, support succession planning, guide change management, leverage HR analytics, and champion employee engagement. This pivotal role requires 8+ years in HR, including 3+ years in fintech within a multicultural setting, a bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), and strong analytical and communication skills. dLocal offers remote work flexibility, a dynamic fintech environment, referral bonuses, learning and development opportunities, language classes, a social budget, and unique opportunities like dLocal Houses.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Human Resources, with at least 3 years supporting fintech in a multicultural environment
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and change management, with a deep understanding of the operations function in the fintech industry
- Strong understanding of business KPIs, with the ability to translate business goals into impactful people strategies
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills, capable of identifying trends, solving complex problems, and making data-backed recommendations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization
- Strong consulting and coaching skills
Responsibilities
- Develop deep partnerships with Commercial Division leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
- Lead performance management efforts, including coaching leaders on best practices, developing talent pipelines, and implementing development plans that drive commercial results
- Support succession planning to ensure the division is prepared to meet both current and future business needs
- Provide guidance and strategies to manage organizational changes within the division, ensuring minimal disruption and high engagement during transitions
- Proactively assess the team in the lookout for organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making and implement appropriate solutions
- Leverage HR metrics and analytics to identify trends, inform strategic decisions, and track progress against commercial and HR objectives
- Champion initiatives that drive employee engagement, improve retention, and foster a culture where employees are motivated to achieve and exceed business goals
