Requirements

  • Be a dynamic and hands-on HR generalist with an established style for Business Partnering
  • Have experienced and supported a scaling technology business and have a proven track record and a strong reputation for being a trusted advisor with senior leaders, along with other key stakeholders
  • Be commercially savvy and data inquisitive and be willing to look beyond the boundaries of a traditional HR remit

Responsibilities

  • Partner with all senior managers across 10x, including central functions, sales and engineering
  • Coach senior managers to support them in driving performance through the development of themselves and their teams
  • Develop, drive and implement the 10x People Strategy with a high degree of focus on capability and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure the transactional aspects of the employee experience are delivered seamlessly
  • Collaborate with the Talent Development Partner to embed learning and development initiatives with a strong ROI which promote high performance
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partner with job design and the achievement of the 10x quality of hire expectations
  • Evaluate key metrics and take action to improve the impact of all strategic and local initiatives with the business, identifying and considering the need for change and facilitating the formulation of any appropriate change plans
  • Advise and drive focus on critical people activities such as talent management, review cycles, compensation reviews, performance management, wellbeing and engagement
  • Manage core employee relations cases in a considered and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience of business partnering senior leaders, either in a start-up or scaling organisation, where your work has delivered business impact
  • Have recent experience working within a SasS technology business and/or FinTech
  • Good attention to detail, but at the same time fresh and creative thinking to challenge the status quo
  • Experience in handling sensitive matters with tact
  • A high degree of self-motivation and proactivity, with the ability to work on your own initiative and offer new ideas
  • Solutions oriented with a strong coaching style
  • A high degree of comfort having difficult conversations and working professionally and discreetly with sensitive information
  • Planned, delivered and evaluated successful organisational change programmes
  • Experience of complex employee relations cases, including working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Coached and developed junior team members to progress in their HR career
  • Planning and organisational skills, with a high degree of competence with HRIS / People systems
