Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with precision
- Strong written and verbal communication to ensure clear and accurate responses to employee inquiries
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Bob), DocuSign, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools like Slack
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A passion for creating a positive and engaging workplace
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including scheduling orientations, managing system setups, and ensuring smooth offboarding processes with care and confidentiality
- Maintain employee files, manage data entry in HR systems, execute DocuSigns, and generate reports as needed
- Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive company culture
- Support compliance processes, including tracking certifications, documentation for audits, and training completion
- Provide assistance with team projects, initiatives, and process improvements to enhance overall operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, or HR support role, or Knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Previous experience in a tech or SaaS company
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for employee experience
- Familiarity with tools like Bob, Greenhouse, or similar HR and ATS systems
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Benefits
- Pay range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000
