Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with precision
  • Strong written and verbal communication to ensure clear and accurate responses to employee inquiries
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Bob), DocuSign, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools like Slack
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A passion for creating a positive and engaging workplace

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including scheduling orientations, managing system setups, and ensuring smooth offboarding processes with care and confidentiality
  • Maintain employee files, manage data entry in HR systems, execute DocuSigns, and generate reports as needed
  • Plan and execute employee events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives to foster a positive company culture
  • Support compliance processes, including tracking certifications, documentation for audits, and training completion
  • Provide assistance with team projects, initiatives, and process improvements to enhance overall operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, or HR support role, or Knowledge of HR policies and practices
  • Previous experience in a tech or SaaS company
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for employee experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Bob, Greenhouse, or similar HR and ATS systems
  • A demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Benefits

  • Pay range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000
