Summary

Join Job Mobz, a company providing talent acquisition services, as a People Programs Coordinator for a six-month contract. This fully remote position supports core People operations during a high-volume season. You will work closely with the Manager of People Programs to ensure continuity across various processes, including Immigration, Onboarding, Offboarding, EOR, and Contingent Workforce. The role demands strong organizational skills, discretion with sensitive information, and seamless execution in a fast-paced environment. You will provide executive and logistical support, monitor and triage messages, support process escalations, and maintain operational excellence. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can manage competing priorities effectively.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR coordination roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to stay on top of moving pieces
  • Experience with sensitive employee data and high-level communication
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and ticketing systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Jira)
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills (Confluence, Google Docs)

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and logistical support across key People Programs: Onboarding, Offboarding, Contingent Workforce, EOR, and Immigration
  • Monitor and help triage messages from external immigration counsel, respond to routine emails, and fulfill document and information requests as needed
  • Support onboarding and offboarding process escalations and exceptions to ensure timely resolution
  • Provide ad hoc administrative and coordination support for sensitive termination events
  • Assist in background check monitoring and resolution of escalations with vendors
  • Facilitate contingent workforce lifecycle activities through Zip and vendor coordination
  • Support Jira Service Management operationsโ€”create/manage tickets, resolve workflow issues, triage escalations
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in Confluence and assist in process mapping
  • Audit internal systems for compliance and support document tracking for People Compliance during coverage needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Immigration coordination experience or familiarity with legal vendor collaboration
  • Experience with contingent workforce processes and systems (e.g., Zip)
  • Comfort responding to background check escalations or managing compliance tasks
  • Understanding of Jira workflow automations and intake queue triage
  • Interest or experience working with generative AI or prompt testing tools
  • Independent executor with a service mindset
