In this role, you will gather requirements, analyze processes, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption of Salesforce features. You will collaborate with stakeholders, admins, and developers to optimize workflows and translate business needs into functional specifications. Your responsibilities include conducting workshops, documenting processes, defining UAT, developing test cases, and providing end-user training and support. This position requires 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects, with at least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience. You must possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, be familiar with agile methodologies, and have a solid understanding of business analysis tools and techniques. The position requires working from within the European Union and possessing a valid work permit.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce projects
  • Ablility to build good relationships with people, including senior management executives
  • Communication skills in English
  • Commitment and independency
  • Understanding the impact of the delivered IT solutions on businesses and organizations
  • Familiarity with the agile software development cycle
  • Knowledge how to apply relevant business analysis tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with modern IT technologies and platforms
  • Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering (Salesforce-focused): conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders; document business processes and user stories specifically related to Salesforce
  • Process Analysis & Optimization: identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose improvements using Salesforce capabilities
  • Solution Design: collaborate closely with Salesforce Admins and Developers to translate business needs into clear functional specifications
  • Testing & Validation: define and coordinate UAT; develop test cases and validate the implementation against the documented requirements
  • Training & Support: prepare end-user documentation, deliver training if needed, and support adoption and incident resolution related to Salesforce features
