Summary
Join Vultr's People Operations team as a People Operations Coordinator and provide administrative support, including maintaining employee records, onboarding, invoice reconciliation, and talent acquisition assistance. This role offers excellent opportunities to develop HR skills and contribute to a dynamic organization. You will coordinate onboarding, assist with I-9 forms, maintain employee records, support payroll, and organize employee engagement activities. You will also assist with reference checks, support the talent acquisition team, and provide benefit and policy information to employees. The ideal candidate has at least one year of HR/People Operations or administrative experience, a customer service-oriented attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements
- At least one year experience in a Human Resources / People Operations role (ideal) or administrative position (inclusive of Internships)
- Ideally, an interest in HR as a career, eager to learn and grow within the field
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, G Suite, Excel, and Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new team members, including preparing new hire packets, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Assists with Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
- Assist with audits of files and records to ensure compliance
- Support the payroll process
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and Wellness activities
- Assist with reference checks and offer administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Support all Vultr team members by providing information on benefits and standard policies
- Provide general support to the People Operations team, as needed
