Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge: demonstrates professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
  • Problem Solving: Works on problems of moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
  • Collaboration: Builds productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report on data sets for a particular area to evaluate, recommend and support the implementation of business strategies and operational processes
  • Apply statistical models to employee data, allowing enterprise leaders to identify opportunities to maximize human resources management
  • Develop and maintain metrics, reporting and dashboards for all areas of human resources
  • Conduct data audits and validations
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience extracting data from HRIS and other systems, including SuccessFactors, Workday, Greenhouse, Microsoft 365 Suite, Culture Amp
  • Experience creating analytics, statistical models, and data visualizations using tools such as SAP Stories, Greenhouse, Power BI, Excel (advanced), Tableau, and Workday
  • Deep understanding of HR processes and systems and data management
  • Experience merging data from multiple sources to create analytics
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of relevant global data protection and compliance requirements, including GDPR and best practices regarding managing personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI)
