Requirements

  • Experienced in managing People data, including managing reports through Excel and Power BI
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll and handling sensitive data
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Assist the total reward programmes and management, annual bonus, and salary review processes
  • Reward and salary benchmarking
  • Maintain employee data and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Generate HR reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Work closely with HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and optimising system functionalities
  • Assist in data-driven HR initiatives, such as employee surveys and workforce analytics
  • Work with relevant HR lead and IT to develop People dashboards
  • Produce trends reports
