Summary

Join TIMOCOM as a People Lead and take responsibility for two cross-functional IT development teams. You will support and manage the professional and personal development of team members, implement decisions, foster an innovation-focused culture, and handle strategic personnel planning. The role involves overseeing KPIs, creating reports, and maintaining a positive work environment. Partial remote work is possible, with a requirement to be in the office two days per month. Requirements

  • Have completed an apprenticeship or university degree
  • Have several years of professional experience in a comparable position and have gained insights into the agile functioning of an IT company
  • Demonstrate a passion for employee management, personnel development, and team management. Willingly accept challenges in conflict and change management
  • Be familiar with working with cross-functional teams, especially using agile methodologies
  • Possess good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Teams, as well as resource and budget planning
  • Have very good English and German language skills

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for two cross-functional Development Teams of the IT department from the Marketplace area
  • Support and be responsible for the personal and professional development of employees
  • Conduct regular employee appraisals
  • Implement decisions within your area of responsibility and promote an innovation-focused corporate culture
  • Take on strategic personnel planning and ensure resource management for your area, in coordination with overall IT management
  • Support various personnel processes throughout the entire employee life cycle
  • Monitor KPIs and create reports for corporate management to keep the IT Director informed and continuously improve the work of your teams
  • Create a positive working atmosphere and teamwork, and resolve conflicts using various approaches

Preferred Qualifications

Have gained initial experience in developing 360-degree feedback and leading hybrid teams
