People Operations Specialist

Summary

Join VGW's People Operations team in Manila as a People Operations Specialist and ensure a smooth experience for Independent Contractors. Manage service desk tickets, maintain accurate HR records, and support systems, policy administration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with business leaders, deliver projects, provide data-driven recommendations, assist in contractor procurement, and contribute to policy review and implementation. Stay updated on tools and processes to enhance efficiency and service quality. This role contributes to operational effectiveness across the organization. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in an HR Support, service desk, or shared services environment
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive data

Responsibilities

• Provide services related to contractor management such as onboarding, invoicing, offboarding, grievance/concern resolution
• Partner with business leaders and guide them in strategic direction for people related matters
• Deliver Projects/Initiatives in support of the department
• Provide reports, data and analytics that will support recommendations on people related matter
• Provide assistance in contractor procurement
• Assist in reviewing and implementing policies and procedures
• Stay updated on tools, processes, and internal policies to enhance efficiency and service quality
• Perform other deliverables and outcomes as directed by the company
