Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions

Responsibilities

  • Support other team members as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the department, or other HR departments such as People Partners, TA, People Success, etc
  • Assist with timekeeping inquiries and processes such as processing and maintaining accurate timekeeping records, by running audit reports as needed
  • Review of endorsed job offers and sufficiency of pre-employment requirements prior to Contract Extension to new team members
  • Provide support on HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and policies
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies
  • Gather and analyze data with HR metrics
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Process documentation and prepare reports related to personnel activities
  • Partner closely with other People functions and People Partners (HRBPs) to execute HR operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience and data integrity
  • Process employee changes and terminations including document generation, notifications, and HR systems updates
  • Participate in system testing tied to new program, system, or process rollouts
  • Support with reporting, audit, and data integrity initiatives
  • Addressing Tier 0 and Tier 1 employee inquiries and requests
  • Escalating more complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with onboarding new hires (system entry, paperwork validation, background check administration), as needed
  • Document, maintain, and communicate core HR processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees
  • Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, and preventive labor relations, is preferred
  • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement are preferred
  • A people person with a sharp growth mindset who can use management strategies and prerogatives to maintain Boldr a comfortable and inclusive workplace for all
  • Able to maintain internal and external relationships with a diverse range of personalities, cultures, and departments to keep our turnover below 20%
  • Capable of using your knowledge of all facets of HR and your experience in a generalist role to review, update, and execute streamlined policies and processes
  • Able to pay attention to the small details, while keeping a long-term vision in mind to coach, motivate, guide, and inspire others
  • Highly self-motivated and able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment to keep deadlines under your steps
  • A team worker with a passion for excellence and a sense of urgency who knows how to follow through with processes and project timelines
