Requirements

  • Proven experience in a People Partner role within a complex, fast-moving organisation
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align People strategies to business objectives
  • Expertise in workforce planning, talent development, and organisational design
  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable using analytics to influence decision-making
  • Change leadership skills—experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching, and advisory capabilities
  • Passion for fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance culture
