Summary

The job is for a Performance Creative Designer role at a VC company specializing in health and wellness. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative DTC ads, A/B testing, CRO, UI/UX in the ecommerce space
• A portfolio demonstrating design & video editing skills that enhance user experience and conversion rates
• Strong visual storytelling ability
• Ability to distil new concepts into applicable frameworks and roll out them out to new designers quickly
• Independent problem solver who is resourceful
• Organized & meticulous
• Obsessed with psychology, design, video, content & advertising
• Dialled into the industry: Eg involved in the DTC twitter, DRM/creative testing spaces

Responsibilities

• Creating scroll stopping ads across various projects (FB, IG, landing pages etc)
• Editing raw UGC/videos & turning them into high converting assets
• Research competitor ad strategies, customer’s visual language, design new hypotheses and apply new attention grabbing techniques into ad production
• Maintain a rigorous A/B test schedule, testing different hypothesis, styles and concepts
• Redesigning/ optimising landing pages to improve eye flow, aesthetic appeal & conversion rates
• Collaborate with external creative teams to produce high level assets to elevate our brand (photoshoots, product videos)
• Support new product design, launch kits and promo campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

Experience, knowledge or interest in branding, sociology, psychology, storytelling, product design
