Summary

The job is for a Growth Team member focused on advertising at Fresh Prints, an NYC-based custom apparel brand. The role involves managing and building an overall search and social ads marketing strategy, collaborating with the creative team to design ad creatives, optimizing ad placements, targeting options, and bidding strategies, among other responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with search & social ads
  • Proven experience in advertising management and funnel optimization
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms like Google & Facebook Ads
  • Familiarity with advertising metrics and KPIs, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and innovations
  • Strong time management & prioritization skills
  • Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work
  • Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects

Responsibilities

  • Own hitting our ad channel MQL volume and cost goals
  • Work with our agency to manage and build an overall search and social ads marketing strategy
  • Collaborate with our creative team to design ad creatives
  • Write compelling on-brand ad copy that grabs attention, communicates key messages, and drives action
  • Work with our agency to plan and execute A/B tests to evaluate different ad variations and optimize for better results
  • Continuously optimize ad placements, targeting options, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance
  • Utilize audience segmentation strategies to target specific demographics, interests, and behaviors effectively
  • Ensure that all ads meet quality & brand standards
  • Generate comprehensive reports on advertising performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Manage advertising budgets based on performance, market trends, and business objectives
  • Conduct regular analysis of competitor advertising activities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue, brand awareness, and retention, to align advertising efforts with overall business goals
