Join Beautiful.ai as their Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Search and own the SEM strategy and execution. This high-impact role drives trial volume and paid subscriptions efficiently, optimizes performance across multiple geographies, tests new opportunities, and scales paid search. You will independently manage and scale Google and Microsoft Ads, optimize account structure, bidding strategies, and run A/B tests. Daily analysis of campaign performance and sharing insights with the team are key, as is media planning and forecasting. Collaboration with other teams to align messaging and drive user journeys is also expected. Continuously research and evaluate new channels and features to stay ahead of platform changes. This is a fully remote role, but requires overlap with the Pacific Time Zone.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of hands-on paid search experience in a B2C or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing $500K-$1M+/mo budgets efficiently
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, with strong working knowledge of GA4 and GTM
- Experience optimizing toward downstream metrics like CAC, trial-to-sub conversion, or LTV:CAC
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable using tools like Looker, Mode, Excel, etc. to pull and interpret data
- Located in or willing to overlap with the Pacific Time Zone (role is fully remote)
Responsibilities
- Independently manage and scale Google and Microsoft Ads (Search, Performance Max, etc.) to drive LTV:CAC targets. This role will own paid search strategy, optimization, experimentation, and reporting
- Optimize account structure, bidding strategies, ad copy, and landing page funnels across core regions (US, EMEA, APAC, RoW)
- Run A/B and multivariate tests across creative, audiences, and user experience
- Analyze campaign performance daily and share actionable insights with the broader team
- Own media planning and performance forecasting for paid search, including regional pacing and trial contribution
- Collaborate closely with the lifecycle, product marketing, and design teams to align messaging and drive cohesive user journeys from ad click to conversion
- Continuously research and evaluate new channels, features (e.g., AI-driven bidding), and betas within Google and Microsoft to stay ahead of platform changes
