Performance Specialist

Summary

Join AutoFi as a Performance Specialist and partner with Performance Managers to drive monthly meetings focused on supporting, training, and retaining current dealership partners. You will book appointments, strategize action plans, make numerous calls and emails daily to schedule sessions, and collaborate with Performance Directors to learn best practices. This role requires managing and reporting activities in Salesforce. Requirements

• Adaptable, personable, persistent
• Prior experience as Business Development Center Rep (BDC) in Automotive Dealership
• Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
• Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Book appointments for the Performance team through calls and emails monthly
• Strategize with Performance leaders to design, target, and calla plan of action
• Generate 50+ calls and emails daily to effectively schedule Performance and/or Training sessions for the management team
• Partner with Performance Directors to gain performance account management, learn best practices, and grow your career
• Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce
