Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-impact role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and investors
- Expertise in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and task management platforms (e.g., Asana, Slack)
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
- Maximize the CEO’s effectiveness by managing priorities, streamlining operations, and fostering strategic partnerships
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring key deliverables align with the company’s long-term goals
- Represent the organization at events and with key stakeholders, reinforcing its innovative and mission-driven identity
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute high-impact projects, conducting market research and data analysis to support informed decision-making
- Identify inefficiencies or gaps in the business and propose solutions to increase productivity
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion, managing stakeholders and tracking progress
- Oversee special projects like product launches and events, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Manage scheduling and email triage with a focus on interpreting priorities and maximizing the CEO’s impact
- Prepare agendas, track follow-ups, and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, investors, and advisors
- Represent the organization at industry events, coordinating the leadership team’s presence and networking opportunities
- Optimize internal processes, ensuring seamless information flow and knowledge sharing
- Track and forecast budgets for initiatives under your purview, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech or a startup environment
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- A background in managing both professional and personal commitments for executives
