Requirements

• Possess a degree from a baccalaureate or master’s program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization
• Current and valid California PT licensure
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Two years of experience as a PT
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA)
