Virtual Physician

Summary

Join Ro's remote team as a contract Telemedicine Physician and provide high-quality, patient-centric care using our telehealth platform. You will conduct consultations synchronously and asynchronously, utilizing our custom EMR to evaluate patient records, diagnose, prescribe, and offer lifestyle recommendations. This role requires strong communication skills, technological proficiency, and a commitment to best practices. Ideal candidates possess a balance of competence and compassion, and are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. The position offers flexibility with a minimum 10-hour per week commitment.

Requirements

• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• 2 years of post-residency experience
• Telemedicine experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations both synchronously and asynchronously based on state telemedicine regulations
• Provide care using our custom EMR: evaluating patient records, diagnosing and prescribing medication, and making lifestyle recommendations
• Follow best practices and company-specific policies for diagnosis, treatment, and documentation
• Answer patient questions related to their treatment and provide high-quality counseling

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally can commit at least 10 hours per week
• Ideally five state licenses, including 1 license from this list - TX, NY, FL, PA, IL, NC, NJ, GA, OH, MA
