Responsibilities
- Work with the local operations team to launch and manage the pilots
- Handle logistics for the pilots
- Ensure the local team has what they need to manage the new hardware
- Solve problems as they arise
- Work cross-functionally with all teams involved in the pilot
- Analyze large sets of operational and customer data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
- Interact with customers to get their data and feedback
