Responsibilities

  • Work with the local operations team to launch and manage the pilots
  • Handle logistics for the pilots
  • Ensure the local team has what they need to manage the new hardware
  • Solve problems as they arise
  • Work cross-functionally with all teams involved in the pilot
  • Analyze large sets of operational and customer data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
  • Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to senior management
  • Interact with customers to get their data and feedback
