Planning Analyst - Trainee

Summary

The job is for a Planning Analyst at Veepee who will support in creating and maintaining production planning tools, conduct analyses, provide training, and help drive the centralization of the internal website. The required skills include strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and programming languages like Python, SQL, and RPA, a business-oriented mindset, adaptability, and advanced English.

Requirements

• Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced in using Microsoft Excel and ideally Google Sheets
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, SQL and RPA
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or programming

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the creation and maintenance of production planning tools built in Google Sheets files
• Assist in the development and enhancement of the tools to optimize the production planning process
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data inputs and outputs in the tools
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues or bugs in the tools, working closely with the data analyst to resolve them in a timely manner
• Assist in the simplification and automation of these tools
• Conduct regular analyses to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements and automation
• Support training sessions and new processes
• Prepare ad-hoc analysis and present results
• Help teams understand metrics and calculations
• Drive the centralization and improvements of Internal Website

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Metabase, LookerStudio, MicroStrategy, Tableau) is a plus
• Adaptability in a dynamic, multicultural setting
• Business-oriented mindset
• English advanced required; knowledge of Spanish and French is a plus
