Platform Product Manager

Summary

Join Airbnb's Finance Technology team as a Product Manager and lead the development and launch of innovative financial products. You will establish product vision and strategy, define measurable objectives, and execute efficiently to deliver impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build solutions for guests, hosts, and jurisdictions, focusing on areas like tax compliance, invoicing, and data management. This role requires extensive product management experience, expertise in consumer internet products, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience with consumer internet products or marketplaces
• Experience building/leading/developing/working on platform products - building products that can be leveraged by a variety of business customers (tax, financial, payments, compliance or risk related products is a plus)
• Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
• Experienced in both building custom solutions and launching integrations with 3rd party products and technologies
