Player Support Specialist

Summary

The position is based in Manila and is a 3-month project-based contract with a fully remote option after initial on-site orientation. Requirements

• Have previous experience in a customer-facing position
• Have a deep passion for video games
• Know English fluently (C1/C2)
• Be located in Manila
• Be amenable to work on a project-based contract (3 months)
• Be willing to report onsite on Day 1 for the HR orientation and claiming of company device/s

Responsibilities

• Handle customer messages via online channels (i.e. chat, email) and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, following up to ensure resolution
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build friendly relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Have customer service experience from an international organization
• Have a strong command of the English language
• Have an inclination to games as you'll be supporting gaming project/s
