PMO Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related discipline
• 1-4 years of project management experience
• Thorough understanding of project management and tools available
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation
• Excellent communication skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing project management processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across the organization
• Regularly validate project data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to senior management
• Generate detailed reports on data integrity issues and trends. Provide insights and recommendations to improve data management practices
• Utilize high critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with company objectives and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce
• Currently possesses a CAPM, PMO, or other relevant certification
