Summary
Join A-LIGN as a PMO Analyst and contribute to enhancing PMO processes and driving company growth. You will evaluate project management processes, ensure policy adherence, validate project data, identify and correct discrepancies, analyze data for trends, and prepare reports for senior management. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business, project management, or a related discipline
- 1-4 years of project management experience
- Thorough understanding of project management and tools available
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing project management processes and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across the organization
- Regularly validate project data to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards to senior management
- Generate detailed reports on data integrity issues and trends. Provide insights and recommendations to improve data management practices
- Utilize high critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with company objectives and strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Currently possesses a CAPM, PMO, or other relevant certification
