POD Reviewer

Summary

The POD Reviewer role involves auditing and reviewing photos submitted by drivers as proof of deliveries to ensure accuracy. The employee will work closely with the driver support team to identify discrepancies and provide feedback for process improvement. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience in a logistics, transportation, or delivery-related environment.

Requirements

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a logistics, transportation, or delivery-related environment
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies and errors in photo documentation
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with Driver Support Representatives and provide clear feedback
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable with using digital tools and software for photo review and documentation management

Responsibilities

• Photo Review: Audit and review photos submitted by drivers as proof of deliveries to ensure they meet company standards and requirements
• Data Accuracy: Verify that the photos accurately represent the delivered items and match the corresponding delivery documentation
• Quality Control: Identify and report any discrepancies, errors, or issues in the proof of delivery documentation promptly
• Communication: Collaborate with Driver Support Representatives to provide feedback and assist in resolving any delivery-related concerns or disputes
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of photo audits, including notes on discrepancies and resolutions
• Process Improvement: Provide suggestions and insights to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the proof of delivery process
