Portal Project Manager

Summary

Join Riverflex's internal consulting team as a PMO, Change Management & Communications Support Consultant! This remote role, based in EU regions, starts in early February 2025 and runs until June 2025. You will support a high-profile project for a printing industry client, focusing on the final stages of a ServiceNow rollout and customer service improvement initiative. Key responsibilities include PMO support, change management, communications, business impact assessments, and collaboration with the Riverflex team. The ideal candidate possesses 4-9 years of consulting experience with a focus on change management, project management, or communications, along with strong PMO capabilities and stakeholder engagement expertise.

Requirements

• 4–9 years in consulting, with a focus on change management, project management, or communications
• Strong PMO capabilities, stakeholder engagement expertise, and the ability to create impactful communication materials
• Demonstrated experience working across multiple countries, preferably in Europe
• Proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Assist with project updates, reporting, and coordination to ensure smooth delivery across all EU regions
• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage change initiatives to facilitate the successful adoption of new systems and processes
• Develop and deliver engaging materials for end-users, including training guides and announcements
• Identify challenges and propose actionable solutions to address them
• Work closely with the Riverflex team to align on objectives, ensuring consistent communication and support for the client’s project rollout

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, or ServiceNow solutions
• Additional European languages
