Senior IT Project Manager

Requirements

• Have 5+ years of experience in project/product management in a tech environment
• Have experience in a software house or tech company
• Be able to understand the company business and present project goals to the team
• Be a well-rounded person with amazing written and spoken communication skills in English (C1/C2) and Polish (C2)
• Be able to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Be a conscientious person with time organizational skills
• Understand software development

Responsibilities

• Help create projects that can revolutionize the insurance industry
• Develop mobile applications, web portals, or large-scale data processing engines
• Work closely with a team of outstanding designers, developers, and testers
• Facilitate smooth Scrum routines and collaborate with the Business Development team in San Francisco's Silicon Valley
• Communicate directly with product owners, engineering managers, and company directors
• Define project scope and develop an execution plan
• Lead project teams and manage relationships with our team's projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working in an international environment (especially the USA)
• Oversee the development and implementation of data pipelines and analytics platforms
