Portfolio Manager

Summary

This remote position focuses on optimizing church mobilization efforts through moves management, revenue tracking, data analysis, and prospecting. You will maintain data integrity, collaborate with IT on database improvements, and work closely with the Sr. Director, Church Partnerships. The role requires strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel and Salesforce, and excellent communication abilities. Requirements

• 3+ years demonstrated experience managing donor database and performing data analysis and other operational management
• Bachelor's degree with relevant coursework
• Excellent knowledge and highly proficient in Excel and Salesforce; proficient in Word and Outlook
• Strong background in data analysis and development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Work closely with Sr. Director, Church Partnerships to optimize moves management strategy and business rules
• Manage data and processes to ensure that new accounts, ongoing data updates, and donations are accurate and complete
• Act as POC for church account triage ensuring that nuanced scenarios are handled with discretion
• Maintain expertise on portfolio management best practices
• Support and work in collaboration with guest list development and invitation mailing for special events
