Portfolio Manager

Requirements

• Proven track record in managing project delivery teams (Portfolio Manager/Delivery Manager)
• Proven track record in sales - especially account growth, upsell and cross-sell
• Strong interpersonal- and communication skills
• Experience in client-facing roles requiring strong relationship management skills
• Ability to understand long-term goals and aligning solutions accordingly
• Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
• Senior role in Delivery
• Ability to travel 2-4 times a year for one week per trip (including intercontinental trips)
• Fluent in English (C1+)

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of up to 5 accounts, mostly enterprise US-based
• Monitor project health based on defined KPIs and keep them on the desired level
• Resolve business/project management escalations in projects
• Prepare and run/host Monthly Business Reviews and QBRs with clients and onsite client visits
• Collect and address issues from NPS
• Build positive relationships with key client-side stakeholders and be their business primary point of contact on Callstack-end
• Manage revenue structure of the portfolio of up to 5 projects and make sure revenue targets are met
• Drive extension of contracts with clients to maintain continuity of the collaboration
• Actively search for upsell and cross-sell opportunities within managed accounts
• Collaborate with our legal firm regarding preparing contracts
• Ensure that Project Manager and Business Analysts manage projects successfully
• Monitor and assess the performance of Project Managers and Business Analysts, including salary and promotions decisions
• Support Project Managers and Business Analysts with setting self-development objectives
• Resolve personal cases and individual problems of Project Managers and Business Analysts
