Summary

Join our team as a Posting & Cleaning Operative (PCO) for a flexible role that suits your needs outside of work. You'll be part of a multi-skilled team ensuring high-standard postings and clean council bus shelters in Luton and Dacorum areas.

Requirements

• Have a Driving Licence with no more than 3 points
• Have some experience in working outside in all weather conditions (useful but not essential)
• Have driving experience using medium sized vans
• Have remote / lone working experience - unsupervised
• Be able to manage your time and plan your own workload

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for your dedicated posting and cleaning round in the areas of Luton and Dacorum
• Manage your weekly 40 hours in a flexible way that works for you, following a simple repeated rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning
