Requirements

• Experience 0-2 years of experience with Amazon Ads, eCommerce Marketing, or Digital Media
• Excel / Google Sheets
• Excited to dig into Performance Data
• Deep desire to grow into a high-level Marketing Leader

Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of Amazon ad Campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display)
• Assist in optimizing Budgets, Bids, and keywords to hit performance targets
• Analyze and Report on KPIs, contributing insights to improve efficiency and scale
• Learn advanced Campaign structures, optimization tactics, and scaling strategies
• Stay on top of Amazon Ads trends and Platform updates
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Operations, and Marketplace teams
• Prepare to take on increasing responsibility—including hiring and managing junior analysts as you grow

Preferred Qualifications

• Seller Central and Amazon Ads Console
• Experience with tools like Helium 10, Perpetua, or Pacvue
