Summary
Join Geek Powered Studios as a Senior Paid Media Strategist to lead paid media strategies across multiple client accounts. You will be responsible for the direction and performance of PPC and Paid Social campaigns, developing data-informed strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring top-level execution. Collaborate with various teams to align efforts and maximize ROI. Analyze campaign data, develop testing roadmaps, and present results to clients and internal teams. Stay current on industry trends and platform changes. This role requires agency experience and a strong analytical mindset.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience , with a focus on strategy
- Proven track record managing budgets of $1Kβ$100K+/mo
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads, and remarketing
- Agency experience is required βyou know how to juggle multiple clients and adapt quickly
- Strong analytical mindset and fluency in campaign performance metrics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be U.S.-based and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and additional platforms
- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns focused on performance and scale
- Analyze campaign data and translate insights into strategic improvements
- Develop testing roadmaps and iterate on creative, copy, and targeting
- Present results and recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate paid media with broader digital strategies
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform changes, and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agency Analytics, CallRail, Opteo, or similar tools
- CRO or landing page optimization skills
- Familiarity with ClickUp, SEMrush, Looker Studio
