Presentation Designer

Summary

Join DSI Systems Inc., an AT&T partner, as a Presentation Designer and play a lead role in designing and delivering compelling visual presentations for diverse audiences. You will manage the entire presentation design process, from narrative crafting to final review, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. This remote role, based in Nashville, Tennessee, requires occasional travel. You will create and maintain a design system and asset library, ensuring consistent branding and efficient content creation. Your responsibilities include developing captivating data stories, translating complex concepts into digestible content, and bringing innovative ideas to the design process. Requirements

• Expert knowledge of industry design and presentation software (i.e. Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• The ability to maintain exceptional customer service and quality of deliverables under multiple competing demands

Responsibilities

• Manage the presentation design process from start to finish. This includes working with stakeholders to craft the narrative, creating slides, incorporating feedback, and hitting deadlines
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining the core design system including fonts, colors, styles, backgrounds, logos, etc. that are approved for use
• Creating processes that empower users to quickly create or modify slides according to acceptable brand guidelines and with the use of approved and up-to-date assets
• Create and maintain a library of core assets including templates, graphic resources, imagery, themes, etc. that are approved for use
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop compelling storylines and accompanying presentations that clearly and effectively communicate the data story
• Serve as the final point of contact, responsible for reviewing all slides before they are approved for sharing
• Bringing new and innovative ideas to the design process and presentation delivery
• Eye for visually engaging, clean, and professional designs
• Captivating data storytelling skills
• A problem-solving mindset, and the confidence to discuss solutions with a wide range of audiences, including internal and external support teams
• Ability to translate complex concepts into digestible content
• Strong graphic design fundamentals (i.e. typography, hierarchy, and layout)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and aesthetics
