Join Qonto's newly created Pricing & Packaging function and help drive revenue growth across Europe. As a Pricing Expert, you will support the implementation of Qonto's pricing strategy, lead pricing experiments and analyses, build data-driven frameworks, partner with cross-functional teams, and contribute to broader growth opportunities. You'll have a strategic impact, collaborate cross-functionally, work in a data-driven environment, and have growth opportunities. The ideal candidate possesses pricing knowledge, analytical excellence, business acumen, strategic thinking skills, stakeholder management expertise, and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. Requirements

• Pricing Knowledge: Direct experience with pricing projects, revenue impact simulations, go-to-market activities, and monetization efforts, with a pragmatic approach when needed of at least 3 years
• Analytical Excellence: Strong quantitative skills with experience in pricing analytics, customer segmentation, and revenue modeling
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
• Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive growth
• Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams
• Tools: Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Qonto's pricing strategy, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing customer base monetization
• Lead end-to-end pricing experiments and analyses to optimize our subscription tiers and feature packaging
• Build data-driven frameworks to measure price elasticity and identify revenue optimization opportunities
• Partner with Product, Finance, and Growth teams to execute pricing initiatives that drive sustainable growth
• Support strategic projects , dedicating 80% to pricing initiatives and 20% to broader growth opportunities
