Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Pricing and Monetization in the Software or Technology sector. Management Consulting experience is a plus
  • Analytical Skills: Strong hands-on analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis, strong knowledge of Tableau for data visualization
  • Market Research: Experience conducting primary and secondary market research to inform pricing decisions and strategy
  • Project and Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in delivering clear and engaging presentations to stakeholders
  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Problem-Solving and Intellectually curious: Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions
  • Results-Driven and Detail-Oriented: A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving revenue growth
  • Self-Starter and Agile: A highly motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective pricing and packaging strategies for Precisely’s products and services
  • Conduct comprehensive data analyses to support pricing and packaging decisions
  • Perform competitive analysis and conduct both quantitative and qualitative market research
  • Identify and execute on ways to simplify our pricing structure
  • Define and monitor KPIs and analytics related to pricing and monetization
  • Maintain and develop the annual price increase program and pricing calculators
  • Develop and implement interactive dashboards in Tableau and Excel tools
  • Create compelling presentations for senior leadership
  • Identify and implement process improvements within pricing workflows
  • Work with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful introduction of new products
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and CS teams to support pricing negotiations and client contracts
