Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with experience as pricing specialist or related experience
• Excellent organizational skills, with ability to prioritize assignments while handling various projects simultaneously
• Experience with financial systems such as: ERP/SAP
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, with proficient knowledge in Excel required
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Streamline and maintain efficient pricing and acquisition workflows to support Penumbra's innovative products
• Ensure pricing aligns with market conditions, company strategy, and regulatory requirements while balancing profitability and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate pricing and discount information for hospital purchasers, fostering trust and transparency
• Oversee and organize pricing files, ensuring they remain accurate, up-to-date, and easy to access for improved operational efficiency
• Address pricing inquiries and resolve order discrepancies promptly, delivering exceptional customer support
