Requirements

• Experience within the Fleet or Remarketing industry
• Be able to travel 4 times a month to our London office, or partners
• Ability to build relationships across partners
• Ability to think outside what we are doing now, to automate more and build efficiencies
• Strong administration skills
• Keen eye for detail
• Experience using Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel with the ability to manage large data sets
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all vehicles sold to our customers and externally are compliant; V5C, HPI clear, road legal and repaired to our refurb standards
• Develop relationships with partners and manage them to SLAs, ensuring our vehicles move quickly through the process
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, including Procurement, Data and Account Management to help create a more seamless experience across Fleet and Remarketing
• Update systems with product changes
• Ensure reporting is correct, completing incomplete data
• Collate service history and condition appraisals for vehicles
• Cross reference systems to ensure data is correct
• Assist with Remarketing pricing/valuation changes
• Assist with fleet management within disposals e.g. ensure cars are moving through the processes
