Pricing Results Specialist

Summary

Join Collectors, a leading innovator in collectible technology, as a Pricing Results Specialist on our PSA Pricing Team! You will review and adjust customer order service levels to reflect accurate market values for sports cards. This role requires expertise in sports cards and involves detailed analysis of pricing data. You will collaborate with team members and utilize various resources to ensure pricing accuracy. Requirements

• Firsthand knowledge of the sports cards
• Background in operations, customer service, or accounting
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Strong organization skills to achieve production goals and maximize productivity
• Ability to work in a positive team environment
• Detail oriented and ability to focus over long stretches of time
• Proficient in programs such as Word, Excel and custom processing systems

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders for service level accuracy based on card market values
• Make necessary adjustments to submission prices on an itemized, line-by-line basis
• Stay current on trading card and related collectibles pricing by reviewing trade pricing publications, auction results and other credible resources
• Find and communicate with hobby pricing resources for support purposes
• Communicate pricing adjustments with appropriate PSA staff members
• Identify pricing, service or system improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, technology and competitors

Preferred Qualifications

Direct industry experience is preferred, specific to what we do, but not required if we believe that the candidate is able to learn quickly
