Requirements

• An understanding of the current challenges in the fleet industry
• Experience working in either a body shop, workshop, incident management/insurance company or fleet company
• Confident liaising with drivers to de-escalate situations and have a ‘phone-first’ approach
• Hold partners/dealers and manufacturers accountable for agreed SLAs
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes and associated supply chains
• Experience working independently and as part of a close-knit team
• To be a natural finisher and an effective operator - you leave no loose ends in your path
• To want to be part of a rapidly growing company and be comfortable adopting changes quickly and adapt as the team and fleet grow

Responsibilities

• Minimise vehicle downtime as we rapidly expand our fleet by progress chasing when vehicles are in for repair, escalating with manufacturers/dealers/partners where necessary
• ���Own’ customer escalations from start to finish and flag common root causes to mitigate from happening in the future
• Act as a bridge between the company and repair partners, fostering trust and open communication. Develop strategies to strengthen partnerships, ensuring they deliver consistent, high-quality services that align with our mission
• Champion green parts and innovative solutions to minimise vehicle downtime
• Show a willingness to mentor and upskill team members, sharing your body shop knowledge to create a more informed and capable team
• Assist all areas of the Vehicle Operations Team when required, this may involve vehicle insurance, hire vehicle management and arranging vehicle recalls etc

Preferred Qualifications

• A strong ability to analyse repair estimates and identify potential cost discrepancies or unjustified expenses is preferable
• A curious and keen-eye for detail to spot areas of improvement - we love hearing ideas!
