Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting and program management
• Deep knowledge of federal IT modernization initiatives and challenges
• Proven track record of leading major projects and driving significant business outcomes
• Expert in strategic program/portfolio management tools and methodologies
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills at the executive level
• Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required security clearances
• Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant

Responsibilities

• Lead major IT modernization projects and programs for federal agencies
• Develop and implement program management strategies and operating models
• Develop comprehensive Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) strategies that align with client's long-term objectives and drive organizational change
• Oversee multiple workstreams and integrate efforts across complex portfolios
• Engage with senior executive stakeholders (GS-15 level and above)
• Drive development of strategic roadmaps and technology architecture plans
• Identify and mitigate enterprise-level risks and issues
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and methodologies
• Mentor and develop Senior Consultants and Consultants

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) tools (e.g., ServiceNow SPM) and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)) is highly desired
• Deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) concepts, methodologies, and tools
